Life can be hard. There are times when we all wish someone would just listen. Perhaps the past is affecting the present or you just feel lost and alone with your feelings. You may feel unable to talk to family or friends, perhaps they listen for a while, but then you see them stop listening so you don't talk, or find there are things you just can’t say to them.

That's where I come in. As a counsellor based in Fenland, I work online and by phone, with people giving them a safe, confidential space to talk and be really listened to. If you’ve never experienced counselling before it can seem daunting at first, but I guide and reassure people through the process every step of the way, answering all their questions.
